The imagery is from a couple of anime by Masamune Shirow, Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence. Both of which are masterpieces in their own rights. Not only is some imagery taken, but you can hear some of Kenji Kawai's score from GiTS2:Innocence. Take a look at the OP, oh and prepare for the awesome.
Now listen again to Anti-virus Software. If you listen closely, between 0:47-1:20, you'll hear part of the GiTS2 OP.
